I dry roast and cook each variety separately (for all my customers with food allergies) until they are golden brown. I then cook them in honey and a secret blend of spices, and finally roll them in just a little sugar and a touch of salt. They aren’t too sweet, they aren’t too spicy, I think they are just right!
