In 2009, Milton Aschner was starting his third career as a personal chef. Wanting a unique dining starter, he created Chili-Honey Roasted Nuts. That Christmas the nuts were given as gifts to friends and customers. Requests for orders came pouring in. A nut business was born!

More recently Milton is known for his exquisite line of Gourmet Atlantic Sea Salts. Please take a look at all handmade sea salt flavors currently available. Constantly developing new varieties, Milton toils away at any idea until perfected.
